Whether you’re new to racquet sports or a seasoned tennis player looking for a fun twist, pickleball offers the perfect blend of strategy, social connection, and fitness. With a smaller court and lighter paddles, it’s easier on the joints while still providing an excellent workout. Our programs cater to all skill levels:

  • Beginners Welcome: Our Wednesday Introduction to Pickleball (6:00pm – 7:00pm) is the perfect starting point. Learn the basics in a friendly, supportive environment with expert coaching.
  • Competitive Play: Ready to test your skills? Join our Pickleball Competition sessions for exciting matches and the chance to improve your game through friendly competition.

Millie

Pickleball & Tennis Coach

Millie is a UK-born, dual-qualified tennis and pickleball coach, now based in Sydney to coach and compete professionally in pickleball. With a background in high-performance tennis and years of coaching experience, she transitioned into pickleball at an elite level and has since established herself on the pro tour.

At Oxford Falls Racquet Club, Millie is helping to drive the growth of pickleball through coaching, programming, and community-building. Drawing on her strong network within the professional pickleball scene, she brings exciting opportunities to the club – from social sessions to pro player-led clinics and competitive events.

Millie works across all levels of ability, creating a welcoming and energetic environment where players can build confidence, develop skills, and learn this new & exciting game!

Intro to Pickleball

Never played before? No problem! Our Intro to Pickleball sessions are designed for complete beginners who want to learn the ropes in a fun and friendly environment. We’ll guide you through the basics β€” from scoring and serving to simple rallies β€” so that by the end of your first session, you’ll feel confident, capable, and ready to jump into a game.

Skills & Social

A fun, coach-led session blending instruction with friendly gameplay. The first part focuses on developing key pickleball skills, and the second part lets you put them into practice through guided match play. Perfect for players who want to learn, improve, and take their game to the next level

Drills & SkillsΒ 

A focused, high-quality coaching session designed to sharpen your technique through targeted drills and movement-based exercises. Across the full 90 minutes, you’ll work on consistency, control, footwork, and game-specific patterns. Ideal for players looking to level up with structured, purposeful training.

Matchplay Coaching

Not your average matchplay session. This coach-led class gives you real-time feedback, tactical guidance, and strategic tips as you play. Learn how to build points, make smarter decisions, and adjust your game on the fly. Perfect for players who want to progress their game or prepare for competitions.

Open Play (Social)

A relaxed, non-coached session where players can turn up, mix in, and enjoy friendly games. It’s the perfect time to meet new people, play at your own pace, and have fun on court with a variety of partners and opponents. All levels welcome.

Retro Racquets (55+)

Retro Racquets is perfect for players aged 55 and over who want to combine social connection with active play. These sessions are about enjoying the game at your own pace while building fitness, fun, and friendships. Expect lots of laughter, encouragement, and the chance to be part of a welcoming community that shares your love of pickleball.

Pickleball Juniors

Our juniors program introduces kids to pickleball through games, activities, and loads of fun. It’s the perfect way for younger players to develop hand-eye coordination, balance, and teamwork in a safe and supportive environment. As players progress,Β they develop technique, learn tactics, and gain valuable match play experience β€” all in a lively, social environment. It’s a great way to stay active, improve confidence, and make new friends, while learning skills they can enjoy for life.
