Cardio Tennis
Every Tuesday at 7:30am!
Get your heart pumping and your feet moving with Cardio Tennis — the ultimate high-energy workout on court! This fun, fast-paced session combines tennis drills with music, footwork, and fitness, making it perfect for all levels of players looking to burn calories, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness. No pressure, no scoring — just non-stop movement, great vibes, and a guaranteed sweat. Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned player, Cardio Tennis is a seriously fun way to stay fit and fired up.
Mums and Tots
Our Mums & Tots program is the perfect way for mums to enjoy a fun and active tennis session while their little ones are entertained nearby! While you take part in a relaxed, social ladies class, your children are engaged on court with games and activities designed to build basic motor skills in a safe and playful environment. Once they’ve had enough running around, we have a large indoor space where they can wind down and continue playing. It’s a great balance of fitness, fun, and connection — for both mums and their tots!
