Tennis For Kids
Hot Shots Tennis is the perfect way for children to start their tennis journey in a fun, supportive and age-appropriate environment. Designed for kids aged 3–12, the program uses modified equipment, smaller court sizes and game-based learning to help children build skills, confidence and a love for the game.
At Oxford Falls Racquet Club, our junior coaching programs are designed to help every child feel comfortable on court, whether they’re trying tennis for the first time or developing their skills as they grow.

HOT SHOTS TENNIS PROGRAM
Stages for every age and ability
AGE 3-5+
Blue Stage introduces younger children to movement, coordination and early tennis skills through fun, play-based activities. It’s a great first step for little ones learning to run, jump, throw, catch and strike in a large open space.
AGE 5-8+
Red Stage is a fun introduction to rallying and basic tennis skills using softer balls, smaller racquets and scaled courts. Kids begin to build confidence while learning to serve, rally and move more comfortably on court.
AGE 8-10+
Orange Stage helps children build stronger tennis skills through game-based learning on larger courts. Players develop more control, consistency, tactics and teamwork while continuing to improve their movement and technique.
AGE 10+
Green Stage is designed for older children who are ready for more challenge and more advanced skill development. It suits both kids who are playing for fun and those looking to continue progressing in a more competitive setting.
