These Terms & Conditions apply to Oxford Falls Racquet Club (OFRC) Play More Monthly and Play More Yearly Memberships.
1. MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Membership benefits apply to eligible Tennis and Pickleball activities at OFRC unless otherwise stated.
2. COURT HIRE BENEFITS
Play More Members receive:
- FREE court hire Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm
- 15% OFF weekday peak court hire from 3pm onwards
- Priority court booking up to 14 days in advance
FREE court hire is subject to court availability and does not apply on weekends or NSW public holidays.
The member must make the booking and be playing and present for the duration of the booking. Membership benefits are for the member’s personal use and cannot be transferred to another person.
3. HOW TO BOOK COURTS
Members can book courts through Tennis Venues using their membership number. Eligible FREE court hire and member discounts will be applied to the booking.
To access priority booking up to 14 days in advance, members must book through the OFRC Customer Portal.
Members are responsible for ensuring their membership details are entered correctly when making a booking.
4. NON-MEMBER GUESTS
During FREE weekday court hire, members may bring up to 3 non-member guests.
A $15 flat guest fee per booking applies when bringing 1–3 non-member guests.
The applicable guest option must be selected and paid for when making the court booking.
The member who makes the booking must be playing and present for the duration of the booking and is responsible for the conduct of their guests.
5. PROGRAM & EVENT DISCOUNTS
Play More Members receive 10% OFF eligible OFRC-run programs, lessons, competitions and events.
Eligible programs must be booked through the OFRC Customer Portal for the membership discount to be applied automatically.
Some competitions or events may use a separate registration platform or member discount process. Where applicable, OFRC will provide members with the relevant booking instructions.
Discounts cannot be combined with another offer or discount unless otherwise stated by OFRC.
6. FREE MEMBER SOCIAL & PLAY
Play More Membership includes access to OFRC’s regular member sessions for both Tennis and Pickleball:
Thursday Member Social | 7pm–9pm
Relaxed social doubles for members.
Saturday Member Free Play | 2pm–5pm
Courts are available for registered members to enjoy social play.
These sessions are FREE for members; however, registration is required.
Members must register through the OFRC Customer Portal by selecting:
Register for a Class → Member Social → Thursday Social or Saturday Free Play → Tennis or Pickleball
Session times, court availability and formats may be changed by OFRC where reasonably required.
7. PRO SHOP & CAFÉ DISCOUNTS
Play More Members receive:
- 10% OFF eligible Pro Shop products and services, including racquet stringing
- 10% OFF eligible café food and non-alcoholic drinks
Members must identify themselves as a current Play More Member at the time of purchase.
Discounts do not apply to excluded items, already-discounted products or other items specifically excluded by OFRC.
8. COURT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Paid Member Court Bookings
Cancel at least 4 hours before your booking to receive a refund.
For cancellations within 4 hours, contact OFRC reception. Where possible, OFRC may assist with moving the booking.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the booking time may be forfeited.
FREE Member Court Bookings
There is no cancellation charge for a FREE member court booking. However, members must cancel as soon as possible if they can no longer attend so the court can be made available to others.
Repeated no-shows or misuse of FREE court bookings may result in a warning and/or temporary suspension of FREE court-hire privileges.
9. WET WEATHER & COURT CLOSURES
OFRC determines whether courts are playable and may close courts due to wet weather, unsafe conditions, maintenance or other operational reasons.
If OFRC cancels a paid booking because the court is unplayable, the affected booking will be credited, rescheduled or refunded as appropriate.
FREE member bookings cancelled by OFRC will not be treated as a no-show.
10. COOLING-OFF & MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
A 5-business-day cooling-off period applies from the date of sign-up.
If no membership benefits have been used during this period, the member will receive a full refund.
If membership benefits have already been used, including court bookings, the standard public value of those benefits may be deducted from the refund.
Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships continue month-to-month. Members may cancel by providing written notice to OFRC before their next billing date.
Membership remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Partial refunds or credits are not provided for unused days, except where required by law.
Yearly Membership
Yearly memberships are paid upfront and remain active for 12 months from the membership commencement date.
Yearly membership fees are non-refundable for change of mind or non-use, except where required by law or otherwise agreed by OFRC.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits a member’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. PAYMENTS
Monthly membership fees are processed automatically in advance and continue monthly until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
If a membership payment fails, OFRC may suspend membership benefits until the outstanding payment has been resolved.
Yearly membership fees are paid upfront for the applicable 12-month membership period.
OFRC may change membership pricing for future membership periods or renewals by providing reasonable notice.
12. FAIR USE & MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Membership benefits are provided for the personal use of the registered member and cannot be transferred, shared or used to make bookings on behalf of others.
Members must use booking privileges fairly and must not reserve courts they do not reasonably intend to use.
OFRC may temporarily restrict or suspend a particular membership benefit where there is repeated misuse, non-payment or a serious breach of these Terms.
13. PARTICIPATION & RISK
Tennis, Pickleball and other sporting activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks, including slips, trips, falls, collisions and being struck by balls, racquets, paddles or other equipment.
Members and their guests participate voluntarily and are responsible for considering whether an activity is appropriate for their circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
14. PERSONAL PROPERTY & DAMAGE
Members and guests are responsible for their personal belongings while at OFRC.
Members may be held responsible for damage caused intentionally, recklessly or through serious misuse by themselves or their guests, subject to applicable law.
15. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
OFRC may make reasonable changes to session schedules, booking procedures, eligible products, operational arrangements or membership benefits where required.
Where a change materially affects the membership, OFRC will provide members with reasonable notice where practicable.

17. GENERAL
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
