Terms Of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Oxford Falls Racquet Club website or participating in any of our programs, classes, or facilities. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

1.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Oxford Falls Racquet Club website at ofrclub.au (“Site”), booking any program, or using our facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2.  About Oxford Falls Racquet Club

Oxford Falls Racquet Club (“OFRC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a racquet sports club operating at 1110 Oxford Falls Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2100. We provide tennis, beach tennis, pickleball, junior coaching, holiday camps, competitions, and court hire services.

The club is open daily: Monday 7am–10pm; Tuesday to Friday 7am–9:30pm; Saturday and Sunday 7am–6pm, subject to change.

3.  Use of This Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.

You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, server, or database.
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious material.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who breaches these Terms.

4.  Bookings & Payments

Court bookings are made via TennisVenues and program or class bookings via InTennis, with links provided on our website. By making a booking through these platforms, you also agree to their respective terms and conditions.

Payment: All bookings require payment at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Accuracy: We endeavour to ensure that all pricing and program information displayed on our Site is accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the booking and provide a full refund if you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price.

Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct.

5.  Cancellations & Refunds

Please review the specific cancellation policy for each program at the time of booking, as policies may vary between court hire, group classes, private lessons, holiday camps, and competitions.

General principles:

  • Cancellations made with adequate notice (as specified per program) will receive a full credit or refund.
  • Late cancellations within the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking fee.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If OFRC cancels a session due to extreme weather, court conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, a full credit or reschedule will be offered.
  • Holiday camp and competition deposits may be non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the event start date, unless OFRC cancels the event.

Refund requests should be directed to info@ofrclub.au. We will assess each request in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6.   Participation & Safety

By participating in any OFRC program, class, or activity, you acknowledge that:

  • Physical activity carries inherent risks of injury. You participate at your own risk.
  • You are in a physical condition appropriate for the activity you have enrolled in.
  • You will inform OFRC staff of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation.
  • You will follow all instructions given by coaches and staff for your safety and the safety of others.
  • You will wear appropriate footwear and attire for the activity.

Junior participants: A parent or legal guardian must complete any required registration and waiver documents before a minor participates in any OFRC program. By registering a child, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to do so and consents to their child’s participation.

OFRC maintains relevant public liability insurance. However, we encourage participants to hold their own personal accident insurance.

7.  Code of Conduct

All members, participants, guests, and visitors are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful, safe, and consistent with the values of OFRC. This includes:

  • Treating coaches, staff, members, and guests with respect and courtesy at all times.
  • Refraining from aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening language or behaviour.
  • Respecting club facilities and equipment. Any damage caused wilfully or through negligence may be charged to the responsible party.
  • Abiding by fair play principles during competitions and social play.
  • Supervising children at all times when not in a structured coaching session.
  • Not smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol on club grounds except in any designated areas.

OFRC reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person from the club premises for conduct that breaches this code, without liability or refund.

8.  Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and program descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Oxford Falls Racquet Club and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, or download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

The OFRC name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of Oxford Falls Racquet Club. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law:

  • OFRC provides the Site and services “as is” and makes no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • OFRC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the Site or participation in our programs, including loss of data, revenue, or personal injury, except where caused by our negligence or as required by law.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

10.  Privacy

Your use of this Site and provision of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

11.  Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
