What sports does my membership cover?
Your membership covers both tennis and pickleball, giving you access to member benefits across both sports.
When do members receive free court hire?
Members receive complimentary court hire Monday–Friday between 7:00am and 3:00pm, subject to availability and membership conditions. See our Membership Terms & Conditions for full details.
How far in advance can members book courts?
Members can book courts up to 14 days in advance, giving you priority access ahead of casual players. To access the full 14-day booking window, bookings must be made through the Customer Portal.
Do I get discounts on coaching and programs?
Yes. Members receive 10% off eligible OFRC-run lessons, junior programs, adult clinics, performance squads, competitions and events.
Are member socials included?
Yes. Membership includes Thursday Social Doubles for tennis and pickleball from 7:00–9:00pm, plus Saturday Member Free Play from 2:00–5:00pm. These sessions are complimentary for members; however, bookings must be made through the Customer Portal.
Can I bring non-member guests?
Yes. Members are welcome to play with non-member guests. When using complimentary member court hire, a flat $15 guest fee per court booking applies for up to three non-member guests. See the Membership Terms & Conditions for full details.
How do I access my membership benefits?
Members can book tennis and pickleball courts online through Tennis Venue. To view and book courts up to 14 days in advance, members must book through the Customer Portal. Programs and lessons are also booked through the Customer Portal, where applicable member discounts will be automatically applied.
Can I cancel my membership?
Monthly memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Annual memberships are paid upfront for 12 months. Please see the Membership Terms & Conditions for full cancellation conditions.
What happens if it rains?
If OFRC determines that a paid court booking cannot proceed due to weather, the applicable credit or rescheduling policy will apply. Complimentary member court bookings can be cancelled and rebooked, subject to availability.
